How can I confirm my booking?

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you booked through an OTA (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), the confirmation will come from that platform. Please also check your spam folder.

How does check-in work? Is there a receptionist?

Access is self-service (self check-in). You will receive instructions by email 24 hours beforehand, including the building access code and the key-box code. If you do not receive them, contact us in advance. Please also check your spam folder.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please ask us in advance. Free luggage storage is available at a nearby establishment in the city centre (not in the building itself).

Can I check in after 10:00 p.m.?

Yes. Access is self-service, so you can arrive at any time. If you expect to arrive very late, let us know so that we can make sure everything is ready.

Do the apartments have a gas hob and oven?

Yes. Both apartments have a gas hob and oven, a genuine advantage over most holiday apartments in Granada, which only have a ceramic hob or microwave.

What is the cancellation policy?

Terms depend on the rate booked. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours beforehand. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled. Check the terms when making your booking.

Is there parking nearby?

Parking Ave María (Calle Molinos 63) is a 4-minute walk away. It is one of the most convenient car parks in Granada’s historic centre. Traffic restrictions apply in the area from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Do you accept group bookings?

Yes. Email hola@nestflatscentro.com with the number of guests, dates and requirements. We can arrange both apartments in the building simultaneously for groups of up to 8 guests.

Can I drive into the restricted-access zone without being fined?

El Realejo is a restricted-access area monitored by number-plate cameras, but you are considered a resident during your stay. We register your vehicle free of charge with Granada City Council’s Mobility Department so that you can access the building without being fined. Simply provide your number plate when you arrive.

Yes, in the ground-floor apartment, subject to a small cleaning surcharge and a deposit. Contact us before booking and we will confirm availability for travelling with your pet.

El Realejo

Granada’s medieval Jewish quarter

El Realejo lies at the foot of the Alhambra and is the city’s old Jewish quarter. Quieter and more authentic than the Albaicín, with cobbled streets, murals by El Niño de las Pinturas and Granada’s best area for local tapas.

Atmosphere

Authentic and peaceful. More local and less crowded than the Albaicín. The square has its own rhythm: lively by day and calm at night.

Street art

Murals by El Niño de las Pinturas (Raúl Ruiz) can be found throughout the neighbourhood’s streets and squares. Several are visible within a 5-minute walk of the square.

Access by car: traffic restrictions from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Taxis can reach Plaza del Realejo. From the ring road (exit 129 Recogidas/City Centre) → Recogidas → Reyes Católicos → turn right at the monument to Isabel la Católica → continue along Pavaneras/Santa Escolástica to the end.

Tip: park at Parking Ave María when you arrive and explore on foot throughout your stay. The entire historic centre is less than a 15-minute walk from the square.

The Alhambra and the Generalife — 15 min
Spain’s most visited monument. From Plaza del Realejo, Cuesta del Realejo climbs approximately 800 metres to the entrance pavilion. It is the shortest and least busy route. Advance booking is essential.
Torres Bermejas — 8 min
Three Zirid-era towers incorporated into the Alhambra walls. Free, unrestricted access to the exterior, with spectacular views over the city and the Vega plain.
Casa de los Tiros — 5-6 min
A 16th-century Renaissance palace now housing the Museum of Granada History. Free admission for EU citizens.
Carmen de los Mártires — 9-10 min
Romantic 19th-century gardens on the Alhambra hillside. Free admission. Ponds, sculptures, a lake and free-roaming peacocks.
Fundación Rodríguez-Acosta — 8 min
An eclectic carmen with maze-like gardens and passageways leading towards the Alhambra. One of Granada’s most surprising monuments.

A blue-painted carmen preserving the composer’s belongings as he left them when he went into exile. An intimate visit with views over the city and the Vega plain.

Cuesta del Realejo → The Alhambra (15 min, uphill)
The shortest and most direct route. From the square, take Cuesta del Realejo, which climbs between carmenes and gardens to Hotel Alhambra Palace and then continues to the entrance pavilion. Less busy than Cuesta de Gomérez.
El Realejo Monuments Route (1.5–2 hours, circular)
Campo del Príncipe → Cuarto Real → Casa de los Tiros → Torres Bermejas → Carmen de los Mártires → Fundación Rodríguez-Acosta → Antequeruela. The neighbourhood’s entire history in a single walk.
Towards the historic centre and Cathedral (7–8 min, level)
Head down Santa Escolástica and Pavaneras to Plaza de los Campos and Reyes Católicos. The most direct route to the city’s commercial and monumental heart.
Towards Paseo del Salón (8 min, downhill)
Head down towards the River Genil. Tree-lined promenades with terraces, kiosks and a family-friendly Granada atmosphere.
